Nurse
As Nurse Ms. Fatuma notes, "the reminders and early notice allows mothers to coordinate their schedules so they are not too busy with other commitments." This has significantly reduced the need for healthcare workers to follow up with mothers, freeing up time and resources for optimizing patient care. Ms. Fatuma has experienced the benefits of this digital health solution first-hand, stating that the digital health solution has also strengthened the relationship between mothers and the health facility and increased health service utilization·. By using technology to improve patient care, the our MCH center has been able to better serve the needs of its patients and promote public health goals.

Before being enrolled to OGOW, I had no knowledge of my children's vaccination schedules and the importance of these immunizations. Thanks to the app's SMS reminders, I am now well-informed and able to plan and prioritize their vaccinations, ensuring that they receive the necessary immunizations at the appropriate time. This has been life-changing for me and my family, and I am grateful for the peace of mind and assurance that comes with being proactive about our health.
